Clinical context
A 35-year-old woman presents with abnormal uterine bleeding and recurrent miscarriages. Her gynecologist suspects intrauterine adhesions following a previous D&C procedure. Hysteroscopy is performed to visualize the uterine cavity and confirm the diagnosis.
