Clinical context
A 68-year-old male presents with a painless ulcerative lesion on his glans penis that has been present for 8 weeks. On examination, there is a firm, non-tender mass with indurated borders. The patient reports no pain or discharge. History reveals no significant sexual partners or risk factors. Biopsy confirms squamous cell carcinoma of the penis.
