A condition where the foreskin of the penis cannot be retracted over the glans
Clinical context
A 7-year-old boy presents to the pediatric clinic with difficulty urinating and pain during circumcision preparation. The physician attempts to retract the foreskin but is unable to expose the glans despite gentle manipulation. The boy reports discomfort when trying to void. Physical examination confirms the foreskin is tightly adherent and cannot be retracted over the glans.
